Spring has sprung!

We've had some pretty awesome weather the past few days! With nothing on our agenda today (for once!!!) we packed up lunch, headed to Solomons and enjoyed the beautiful day. We made sure to get out of there before the Tiki Bar masses returned today for round two of opening day!

Feelin' Better

Madeline had her follow-up exam this week and is perfectly back to normal! And, she got her first tooth!!! What a big girl...

Poor baby Madeline

Poor baby Madeline spent the last few nights in the hospital being treated for pnemonia. After a few days of a high fever and a high white blood cell count, she woke up Tuesday afternoon with a 104.3 temperature! We ended up in the ER and after many many tests and an almost spinal tap(didn't have to do it thank goodness!!!), they Dr.'s determined she did in fact have pnemonia and admitted her.

The hospital gowns were a bit big so she had to hang out in her diaper until we were able to get her some new jammies from home! The hospital staff was great and Madeline was the only baby on the floor so she got lots and lots of attention from everyone that saw her! We are happy to be home and on the mend and pray that she doesn't ever have to go through this again!!!
