"Mickey & Donald"These are our newest family members that are residing in the new fish tank that Zachary got for Christmas (from Aunt Jeanne and Uncle Dan). The tank is on Z's dresser and so far all is well. We had a little "feeding mishap" yesterday when Zachary thought they were hungry again and gave them more food but I explained that fish only eat a little bit each day (and them promptly hid the fish food). I am excited to share this learning opportunity with Z!
******* 1/12/2010 it has now been a week that we have had these guys and I am happy to report that we haven't killed them yet! Yippie!!!**********
***1/13/2010 We finally got our light for the fish tank. The one that came with it was broken so we had to wait for a new one to be sent from the company. Mickey and Donald (along with Zachary) were very happy to have a little light to look around at their new digs. Zach's eyes lit up when he saw the light turn on and is currently asleep in his room after watching them from his bed. Life is good!***
